So yesterday we went to the first Microsoft BizSpark Summit which was an exciting event. We got to listen to some interesting guest speakers such as James Caan of Dragon’s Den fame, Richard Moross founder of moo.com and Jerome Touze Co-founder of WAYN.com.
The most refreshing thing for me was the way these guys talked openly and honestly about the challenges they faced when they started their businesses and I felt rather inspired by the end of it. So to all of you start-ups out there, don’t give up – ever – hurdles are there to be overcome and failure just is not an option, in fact it should not even be a word in our vocabulary!
Many thanks also to Microsoft and especially Bindi Karia who put the whole event together, for giving us the chance to do one of the 3-miute pitches. It was an interesting experience to pitch our complete business and solutions in 3 minutes to the entire audience.
